Current Openings

A post-doctoral position is currently available in Dr. Benos' laboratory. The areas of research include but not limited to comparative genomics, gene expression, and regulatory networks. You will be expected to develop algorithms to model gene networks based on expression data of protein coding and microRNA genes and genome-wide association (ChIP-chip) data. Qualified candidates should hold a doctorate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Biology, or in a related field. Fluent programming skill is essential.
